		ROANE COUNTY COURTHOUSE There have been three courthouses dated 1856, 1887, and 1965. All the buildings have been located on the same site. The two earlier structures were burned and all records were destroyed. The first building cost approximately $9,500 and the present one had a price tag of $600,000.
