fire rated doors and walls. They are free from obstructions. There is storage

doors are equipped with panic hardware. No pictures were taken due to

Mechanical |
A
Smith gas boiler that is in excellent condition supplies the heat. P1 There is a Trane condensing unit on the

Replace
the chiller and circulating pumps. The HVAC system will have to be modified
for the proposed offices but some of the equipment can be reused. The cost of
mechanical modifications is include in “General Exterior” above. |
