General Exterior |
The Memorial building was built in the 1930s (91, 84, 90). The overall exterior of the building is in satisfactory condition. The building is approximately 17,000 square feet with two floors and a basement. |

Exterior Walls |
The exterior walls of the building are brick. There is some mold on the building and a few bricks are missing, (89). The mortar is in need of repair. |

Fire Safety |
None of the courtrooms seated 50 people so there was only one exit, but there were no exit signs. The fire alarms had both strobe and horns, and they were located in the bathrooms. There were no sprinklers. |

Security |
There are metal detectors for the magistrate courtroom, and they do have a closed circuit TV system. There is no panic button for the judges or bulletproof materials for the judges. The magistrate court will be moved to the old bank building so there is no need for additional security measures. |

The wiring is old, but they are trying to have it rewired. The power enters the building overhead. The main power outside is a Power Master 200 Amps, 240 Volts. Emergency stand by system is Onan Model #LTEU30-3/2525 Volts 120/240, Phase 1, 30 Amps 3 Wires, 60 Hertz. |
