General Exterior |
The annex was constructed 1917 and is a 12,000 square feet building. There are two floors with a basement. The exterior sidewalks are damaged and have uneven surfaces. The courthouse annex, which contains the county commissioners’ office, the EDA office, and the health department is in poor condition. (P77, P78, P79, P92, P93) |
Due to the age of the structure, and condition, we recommend that a new 30,000 square foot building be built. This building would house the commissioners’ office, the EEA office, the health department, magistrate court, and would be used for storage. Demolish and remove existing annex building. |
