The building was built in 1902, (P4) and it is listed on the national historic register, (P1, P2, P3, P24). The building is three stories with a basement. The foundation of the building is made of stone and there is no evidence of any settlement.
There is a detached judicial annex and a general annex on site. There is also a detached jail on site, which is still in use.

The walls are made of stone and there is no apparent damage to these walls. There is one small place where there is some mold. These walls were recently sandblasted but the date was unknown. There is a small crack in the back right hand side of the building. |
