General Exterior |
The building is primarily a brown brick masonry exterior with concrete accents, (P1, P2). The building is one floor with a basement. The foundation is concrete in good condition. The basement and 1st floors have a breezeway to main courthouse. When facing the main entrance, the building’s left side sits on level ground while the right side and back right corner sit on a slope. This slope makes up a drive-thru area between C. Lee Spillers and the main courthouse, which also tends to act like pond trapping water when it rains, (P3). |

Exterior Walls |
Some areas of the brick exterior have crumbling, cracking or missing brick and concrete. There is evidence of efflorescence, mold, moss and corrosion, (P4, P5). |
