General Exterior

This building was built in 1939.  It is one story plus a basement and is approximately 2500 square feet.  P4 P5 P6 P7

The general exterior of the building is in good condition.

This is an old, small building that would be costly to bring up to modern courthouse standards in terms of ADA requirements, fire Safety and security. Minor repairs could make this building useful for functions other than courthouse functions. More space is needed for the courthouse complex.

We recommend moving the offices in this building to the new judicial annex proposed on the main report.
