The Mingo County Courthouse was built in 1966, and it is approximately 12,000 square feet. This building has four stories and a basement. The exterior of the building is in good condition, but there is some mold and moss growing on the walls. We recommend that the exterior walls be cleaned.
The windows are in good condition but we recommend that they be recaulked. The doors are also in good condition.
The fire safety equipment in this building includes, exit lights, emergency lights, and a fire alarm system. The building is lacking a sprinkler system. We recommend that more exit signs be installed.
