Exterior Walls |

Roof |
The roof is a mix of roofing materials. The roof is pitched with a low slope and has a new rubber membrane. There are asphalt shingles on the roof, which seems to be in overall good condition (P9, P11). There are metal shingles on the domes which appear to be rusting, (P8). There is metal sheeting on some of the slopes which was recently painted. They are also in good condition, (P10). |

Windows and Doors |
The windows are aluminum and single glazed. The 1st and 2nd floor windows are inoperable and inefficient. The basement windows are fine. The windows were replaced in 1978. Some have broken mechanisms, and the caulking is old. The doors are wood and aluminum with glass. Some of the doors have been replaced. |
