The historic Hunter House building is brick masonry with a stone foundation.  It is in good condition. The building has 2 floors plus a basement, (P1).

 

 

Exterior Walls

The brick exterior walls are in good condition.

 

 

 

Roof

The roof appears to be metal shingles.  There is no report of any leaks in the building. 

 

 

 

Windows and Doors

The windows and doors are wood.  They are all in good condition.

 

 

 

Fire Safety

The fire alarm system is up to date.  There are emergency lights, (P2)

 

 

 

Structure

 

The building structure is in good condition.

 

 

Security

There is no security in the building.

The building has a hot water boiler to provide heat to the building, (P4).  The air conditioning is provided by room air conditioners penetrating the exterior walls, (P3).
