There is an open exterior staircase in the back of the building, which does not meet fire codes, (P2). The doors are not equipped with panic hardware. |
Install a sprinkler system in courthouse building. Enclose interior stairs with firewall and fire door. Replace the fire alarm system with one that has smoke and heat detectors, horns and strobes. Structure
